Our senior team has spent many years working within the foundry industry, giving us a depth of practical knowledge that is invaluable when dealing with complex casting requirements. We combine traditional foundry skills with modern technology and manufacturing methods to deliver consistent, high-quality castings for our customers.
From initial enquiry and material selection through to production, quality and delivery, our team works closely together to provide a dependable and knowledgeable service.
Our Team
Peter Nagle – Sales Director
Peter has been with Draycast for over 35 years and holds a degree in Metallurgy, giving him a strong technical understanding of metals, alloys and casting processes.
As Sales Director, Peter works closely with customers to understand their requirements and identify practical casting solutions. His extensive experience in the foundry industry, together with his NEBOSH Health & Safety qualification, gives him a broad understanding of both technical and operational requirements.
Stephen Nagle – Production Director
Stephen has been overseeing Draycast’s production operation for over 30 years. His extensive hands-on experience covers the manufacture of aluminium, bronze, gunmetal and other non-ferrous castings.
Stephen works closely with the foundry team to ensure production runs efficiently and that castings meet the required standards. His knowledge of moulding, coremaking and casting processes is particularly valuable when producing technically demanding components.
Colin Nagle – HR Manager
Colin has been part of the Draycast team for 5 years and is responsible for our human resources.
Colin supports our employees and helps maintain the professional, safe and positive working environment that is important to a modern manufacturing business. He also works alongside management to support the continued development of our team.
Victoria Slade – Purchasing & Accounts
Victoria looks after purchasing and accounts, helping to ensure the smooth running of the commercial and administrative side of the business.
Working closely with suppliers and the wider team, Victoria helps ensure that the materials, services and resources required by the foundry are available when needed, while also managing the company’s accounts administration.
Alex Saroka – Sales, Logistics & Transport
Alex works across sales, logistics and transport, helping customers with enquiries and coordinating orders from production through to delivery.
His role provides an important link between our customers, the foundry and our transport arrangements, helping ensure that orders progress smoothly and reach customers as planned.
Martin Armstead – Foundry Manager
Martin has been with Draycast for over 40 years and is one of the most experienced members of our team.
An apprentice-trained foundryman, Martin has developed an exceptional depth of practical knowledge throughout his career, particularly in aluminium and bronze casting. As Foundry Manager, he works closely with the production team, overseeing day-to-day foundry operations and helping solve the practical challenges that can arise when producing complex castings.
