We are able to simulate mould filling and solidification of the casting using the latest software. This has dramatic benefits in terms of quality and integrity of our end product. It also gives a greater confidence in the casting methods we specify so we can be sure that we provide repeatable consistency. Casting simulation allied with significant experience of traditional methoding allows us to develop the best fit for each job.

We can accept most CAD model formats but our preferrence would be Step (STP) or Parasolid.
